CARGO AND DELIVERY

Some of our software and service-based products are offered only electronically and do not have a separate shipment. Such products are indicated. For these products, official documents will be delivered to you electronically or in print. The passwords required for the use of the product will be sent after the collection is made (within 2 business days maximum).

 

The products will be delivered to you by cargo companies that our company has agreements with. For optional cargo requests, cargo companies will be displayed on the screen. Since the shipping costs of your orders will be included in your order, do not pay for additional shipping during delivery. If there is a cargo company you specifically want for delivery, other than the ones listed as optional, please contact our customer representatives.

When receiving your cargo, you must make sure that you receive it undamaged. Since the responsibility of the cargo company is removed after receiving the product, if you see that there is a problem with the product, please have the cargo company prepare a report and do not accept the cargo.

After your payment information is confirmed, your order will be prepared and delivered to the address you specified. In order for your order to be delivered to your address as soon as possible, payment must be made within 7 days from the order date.

 

Shipping costs are shown to the customer at the time of order. Shipping costs incurred in case of product exchange, return or incorrect delivery address belong to the customer. In case of delivery delay or similar, you can contact us via our e-mail address or phone number specified in the contact section. Be sure to include your order number in your conversations and correspondence.

 

If there is a problem with the payment information or delivery address, you will be contacted via the e-mail address or phone numbers you have provided; Orders that cannot be delivered within 15 days will be cancelled.

 

There are products on our website that we work without stock. There may be delays in your orders due to products that are not in stock of the suppliers. In such cases, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail.
