How do I return the product?

The products on our site cannot be changed as they are offered for sale with limited stocks during the relevant campaign period. For defective products, you can send an e-mail to siparis@hazirlaniyo.com customer services within 3 days following the day your order is delivered to you.

When you notify us of the product you are returning, you must submit all invoice copies to cargo company with the package undamaged, the product unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, with all its accessories, and your reason for return, by filling out the Return Form on the back of the invoice, with a counter-payment. No refund or exchange request will be made with free shipping without contacting customer services.

The refund for the returned product is made to your credit card after the product reaches the warehouse and after checking its compliance with the return conditions. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 days for your refund to appear on your credit card.

When Will the Returned Product Fee Be Refunded?

All transactions regarding the product you return are completed within 5 business days from the moment your product reaches our warehouse. It is not possible for hazirlaniyo.com to intervene in this process. If there is any delay, you can get detailed information from your own bank.

Return and Exchange Conditions

The product to be returned/exchanged must be sent in its original package/box (For example: Products with shipping labels attached to the original box and taped with shipping duct tape cannot be accepted). The product must be returned in the same condition you received it.

The product to be returned/exchanged must not be used or damaged as a result of misuse.

Returns/exchanges of products that have lost their original condition and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

In other words, hazirlaniyo.com does not come and pick up the product from your door; In case of returns or exchanges that are not notified to hazirlaniyo.com, hazirlaniyo.com is exempt from shipping charges.

If the invoice for the product is corporate, you need to send it along with the ‘Return Invoice’ issued by the institution and cut as “Product Unit Price + VAT” for the return process. We would like to point out that we cannot complete order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions unless a ‘Return Invoice’ is issued.

The product you want to exchange must be in stock.

The exchange process is provided by changing the number of the product you have purchased. You must select the “I want to exchange the product I ordered” option in the Product Return Form located on the back of the invoice sent to you. The number of exchanges for the same product is limited to 2 times.

About Returns

Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for faulty/defective products.

Before making your return, the necessary review of your order is carried out by hazirlaniyo.com returns department. We kindly request that you only contact hazirlaniyo.com regarding product returns.

Exchange transactions are made on a number basis only if the stock status is suitable. Different product changes are not possible.
